Foreman Development Series
The Foreman Development Series (FDS) Introduction/Overview is a highly interactive, one-day training designed to introduce participants to the core principles and structure of the FDS program, including a focused two-module breakout session. This course is ideal for late-stage apprentices preparing to step into leadership roles, new journeymen and foremen, and experienced foremen or general foremen seeking to strengthen their leadership impact. Participants will engage in group activities, discussions, and practical exercises that encourage collaboration, shared experiences, and active problem-solving. Instructor-led materials, training aids, and attendee copies are included, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience focused on developing stronger, more effective foremen within the IBEW/NECA partnership. Instructor: Chad Privratsky. Breakfast and lunch provided.
